Wow, this year is our third season of Afterschool clubs in Tenbury and it is very popular indeed. We started off with Ian Smith who is the head chef at The Peacock who demonstrated Thai fish cakes -Yummy.

As with all our afteschool clubs the students do not have to pay anything, we want everyone to have a chance, we're only limited by the number we can get in the food tech room.
Next came Jon Waters from Whites in Tenbury, who had the students making red onion tarts, very posh

Butchery came next with Matt Sylvester from Bowketts showing them how a carcass becomes all the various joints and cuts we see in the shops.

This was followed the next week by going to visit Matt at work, more to follow soon
